Revocation Rights

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days, without having to cite reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day upon which you, or a third-party, who is not the carrier, took possession of the item. With respect to bundled orders of several items which are delivered separately, or with respect to an item that was delivered in several partial shipments or in pieces, the revocation period begins on the day upon which you, or a third-party, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, partial shipment or last piece.

In order to exercise your revocation right, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, by letter or e-mail) about your decision to revoke, sent to:

To do so, you can use the attached sample revocation form, though this is not required.
In order to comply with the revocation deadline, it will suffice to have sent your notification of intent to exercise revocation rights prior to the expiration of the revocation period.

If you revoke this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments which we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs, which result from your having selected a different form of delivery from the most inexpensive form of standard delivery which we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days subsequent to receipt of your intent to revoke the contract. For the purposes of this refund, we will use the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly stipulated by you; in no instance will you be charged additional fees for this repayment. In the event that the payment method used for the original transaction is not available (for example C.O.D.), the refund will be made by means of bank transfer.
We can deny the refund until we have received the returned item, or until you have presented proof that you have sent the item back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the items to us without delay, and by no later than fourteen days after you have you informed us of your intent to revoke this contract. The deadline is considered to have been complied with if the item has been sent prior to the end of the fourteen-day period.

The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer.

You are only liable for potential loss of value of the item if, upon evaluating the condition, characteristics and functionality of said item, it is determined that said loss in value is the result of incorrect handling on your part.
