U28: born 1996 to 2005 | Youth: born 2006 to 2008 | Child: born 2009 to 2018
Small children: When buying the Joker together (min. 1 parent), children born in 2018 or later receive the Joker for free.

Family Package:
Married couples or life partners with children or youths all living in the same principal household. At least 3 people, with at least 1 parent present. Exceptions: single parent with 1 child or youth
4 people must pay. All other people, which may be children or youths (2005 or younger), are free. 

Siblings Package:
Siblings born in 2005 or later residing in the same principal household. The first 3 siblings must pay. Each additional ticket for the respective youngest person(s) is free in the package. 

Partner Package:
For married couples or life partners who share the same household (principal residence) residence. 

U28:
Requires presentation of a current and valid official photo ID with a date of birth of 1995 or later. U28 prices cannot be incorporated into family packages or offers for free passes.

Members of the STEIERMARK JOKER operate their respective lifts, pistes as well as spa resorts independently and subject to their own (legal) responsibility.

There shall be no refunds in the event of bad weather, cessation of operations, piste closures, avalanche danger or the closure of individual lifts, ski areas or spa resorts. Purchase of the STEIERMARK JOKER entitles the holder to use of the included ski areas and spa resorts, though the concrete contract for performance is entered into solely with the business in question whose facilities are currently being utilized (subject to that business’s own Terms & Conditions). Potential liability with respect to guests, due to contractual or legal provisions, for incidents associated with operation and use of the lifts, pistes or spa resorts, exclusively affects that business within whose area of responsibility the incident occurs. The remaining partners of the STEIERMARK JOKER bear no liability.
