Tauplitz Bergbahnen GmbH is a cooperative, reliable and leading tourism business in the Ausseerland – Salzkammergut region. Through circumspect corporate decision-making and competent employees, we are responsible for high-quality recreational experiences – in winter and summer, on several mountains and on the Tauplitzalm Alpine Plateau.  

Our goal is to give guests the best possible opportunity to unwind, enjoy outdoor exercise and appreciate the beautiful countryside. At Die Tauplitz, we deliberately avoid artificial-technological forms of stimulation, allowing you to sense the pure power of nature. In our opinion, our corporate goals are ecologically justifiable and socially valuable – they are intended to serve all people and are of enduring significance. We view the vibrant nature of Die Tauplitz as a great gift, trying to use it sensibly and thriftily. 

Die Tauplitz – incidentally, at 43 piste kilometers it is the biggest individual ski area is maintained and continuously developed by 20 year-round employees. Their great dedication pays off: Our premium pistes have received multiple awards. By the way: During winter season, our staff expands to as many as 70 employees.
